① where (one’s) head is at の意味
・（人が）何を考えているか
・What one’s thoughts are
where (one’s) head is at はイディオムで、ここでのhead「頭」は「考え」を意味しています。
「（人の）考えがどこに位置しているのか、どの辺りにあるのか」というのはつまり、「（人が）何を考えているのか」ということで、相手の考え・意見・気持ちを知りたい、または自分の考えを伝えたい時に使われます。
疑問文である Where is your head at? は、What are you thinking?（君の考えは？）と同じような意味合いです。
Where is your head at? の方は「トピックやプロセスの中で君の考えはどの辺りにあるのか（どちらに傾いているのか）」という方向性を問うニュアンスで使われることもあります。
使い方によっては「一体なに考えてるの」と責め言葉にも聞こえるので気をつけてくださいね。
② where (one’s) head is at の例文
・We went out a few times. I’m wondering where your head is at?
私達、もう数回デートしたよね。私たちの関係どう思ってる？
（→ 友達関係なのか恋愛感情があるのかを知りたい）
※ この場合、where you’re at や where your heart’s at と言うこともあります（heart’s = heart is)。
・I get where your head is at, but I don’t agree with you.
わかるけど、私は同意できないわ。
・You’re wrong if that’s where your head is at.
その考えなら君は間違っているよ。
・This is where my head is at. What about you?
これが私の考えだけど、君の考えは？
・I think that’s how we should proceed. Where’s your head at?
このように進めていけばいいと思うけど、君の考えは？
・I’m going through a divorce. I don’t really know where my head is at.
今離婚の最中でさ、もう頭ごちゃごちゃだよ。
・A: I’m trying to rebuild my business again.
B: I like where your head is at.
またビジネスをやり直そうと思っているんだ。
