① not the sharpest tool in the shed の意味
・知的ではない（＝おバカさん）
sharp[ʃɑ́ːrp] の意味は「鋭い」ですが、人が主語の場合は「物の考え方が鋭い」→「知的である」という意味になります。

・tool [túːl]「道具」
・shed [ʃéd]「物置」
※tool の発音注意！「トゥール」（ツール）
